If you are not already enrolled in a course, or haven’t yet purchased any products, please go to the Learning Centre or Shop first. Your account will be created when you enroll / checkout.

Try these troubleshooting steps:
📚 To enroll in a course:
- Browse: Go to the Learning Centre.
- Select: Click on the course you wish to take.
- Register: For free courses, click “Enroll in this course” and enter your details. For paid courses, add to basket and complete checkout.
- Confirmation: Check your email for a link to access your new course.
🛍️ To purchase merch shop items:
- Visit the Merch Shop to browse merchandise.
- Your customer account will be created automatically during the checkout process.
🔑 Why isn't my login working?
Problem #1
- ❌ Different Email: You may have registered using a different email address than the one you are trying now.
- ✅ Solution: Try resetting your password; if you don’t receive an email, then you don’t have an account associated with that email address.

Problem #2
- ❌ System Mismatch: Your BASA Membership login is separate from the Learning Centre/Shop account.
- ✅ Solution: Enroll in a course, or make a shop purchase, to create an account.
Problem #3
- ❌ Account Not Created: You may not have created a customer or learner account on this site yet.
- ✅ Solution: Try enrolling or purchasing before attempting to login.
